Definitions

Platform
The website and any associated digital services operated by MyProgress Digital, accessible at myprogress.digital.
User
Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account or enrolled in a course.
Content
All text, images, course materials, video, audio, graphics, software, and other materials made available through the Platform.
Course Materials
Educational content including but not limited to lesson modules, exercises, assessments, and downloadable resources made available as part of any course offering on the Platform.
Operator
MyProgress Digital, registered in Malaysia, with a principal place of business at 15, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
Applicable Law
The laws of Malaysia, including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Computer Crimes Act 1997, and the Copyright Act 1987.

A. Access and Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms of Use or applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

B. Informational Purpose

The content published on this Platform is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Course materials on financial literacy are descriptive and educational in nature. They do not constitute financial product advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services. MyProgress Digital does not hold any licence or authorisation from the Securities Commission Malaysia or Bank Negara Malaysia to provide financial advisory services.

C. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of MyProgress Digital or its content licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia and applicable international intellectual property conventions.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

  • Reproduction, redistribution or republication of any content without prior written permission
  • Commercial use of any course materials or platform content
  • Modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content
  • Systematic downloading or scraping of content from the Platform

D. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law

This includes damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
